Created by Stepan Pachikov, Evernote creates apps to make taking note to the next level and can certainly help for students. I personally tried Evernote, the free version, and I find it very useful and fairly easy to use. There are three ways to write notes such as, handwriting, audio, and text.

Students get creative with unique art project

In Karen James sixth period class, students design, illustrate, and even get to paint using a graphics pen tablet and a laptop. While drawing on the tablet, they are able to see how their illustration come up in the laptop’s screen. Students smile as they concentrate on their projects ranging from soccer cleats to clouds to other everyday items.

The animation class of Courtney Merritt is working on a project with sticky notes on a big piece of paper in the hall outside her classroom. They fill the paper with different color sticky notes, and make one video that may also include pictures. They can choose any type of theme they want, and the finished video hopefully follows their original ideas.
