Every year, KHS has “pink out week” for breast cancer research. The school does several different things to raise money. Students sold T-shirts, hot dogs, chips, drinks, and popcorn. All the proceeds go towards breast cancer research.

There was a roar in the air Friday night when the Kaufman Lions took on their arch rivals the Crandall Pirates. The match-up was full of intensity, sweat, and plenty of tears for the Pirates as the Lions crushed the Pirates 42-28.
